* Not have been worn, washed, or used
* Be returned in the original packaging (box or bag)
* Have all original tags and labels attached
* Be free from any damage, stains, or odors
* Be accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase

## How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Send clear photos of the product along with your return request.
4. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
5. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

## Refund Process

* Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
* The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
* Refund processing may take **3–5 business days**.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

* Worn or used sandals/slippers
* Damaged products
* Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
* Items returned without their original packaging

## Size Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange.
